Winemaker Notes
Heavier crop loads and a very cool growing season allowed for some ideal extended hangtime. Perfect Fall weather gave way to even ripeness patiently brought in throughout the Valley.
Focused notes of dark cherry, cassis and Baker’s Chocolate jump out of the glass. Dark berry preserve and hints of eucalyptus make up the palate. Well integrated tannins prop up the fruit and extend the finish.
