The 2022 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon shows a rich, deep garnet color, offering an immediate sense of depth and concentration. The aromatics are complex and inviting, revealing layers of ripe blackberry, wild blueberry, and cassis, complemented by hints of molasses, cedar, and subtle baking spice.

On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and beautifully composed, with flavors of black cherry, blackberry, and dark plum framed by nuances of bittersweet chocolate and warm spice. Firm yet polished tannins provide structure and balance, while the wine’s freshness carries through to a long, seamless finish.
